Aroha A-Frames Bush & Beach Retreat are four retro holiday houses with amazing views of islands and nature. Each simple A-Frame has two levels, a fully-equipped kitchen, shower, main bedroom with a double bed, twin bedroom with two single beds, dining table, sofas and a large deck with outdoor furniture. They are perfect for couples or families looking for a quiet getaway.
The houses are set on a rural hillside property at Papa Aroha, just north of Coromandel Town. Guests can walk to a nearby secluded stony beach, go fishing, hike in the bush or just relax and enjoy spectacular sunsets over the Hauraki Gulf. This is a great base to explore the beauty of the Coromandel Peninsula.
The property is ideal for small group events such as weddings or yoga camps. A nearby public boat ramp allows anglers to launch their boats. It's a short drive to cafes and shops in the village of Colville and Coromandel Town.

By Car
From Auckland, take State Highway 20 south, merging with State Highway 1. Take Exit 477 onto State Highway 2 (Coromandel/Tauranga). At the first roundabout (after about 30km) take the first exit onto State Highway 25, and continue to Thames.
From Thames, continue driving north on the Thames Coast Road (State Highway 25) to Coromandel Town (about 55km).
From Coromandel Town, follow the signs to Port Charles/Fletcher Bay. Continue driving north on Colville Road, follow in the direction of Colville.
Papa Aroha is about 15km north of Coromandel Town. Aroha A-Frames is just up the hill from the Papa Aroha Holiday Park, on the right hand side of the road.
